I do this somewhat tongue-n-cheek. But this has been a running joke about our local Home Depot for close to a decade. One would think over time, new management, retirements or perhaps a selfish desire to stay in business; that Home Depot’s culture would change?

Guess not. I just shake my head and laugh about how bad it still is. Those of you who followed us during our Tacticaltshirts days will surely remember how aggressive and forward leaning I am towards customer  service. 

It’s one of my Holy Trinity business requirements. Take care of your people. Take care of your customers. And take care of your honor. Let’s just hope this holiday season Home Depot finally gets some religion.
