Driving out to the range this morning and wanted to share some thoughts on a statement I heard defending 300blk. It went something like this, “Yeah. 308 subsonic is a thing but you don’t get 220g bullets in 308”.

Yes, Virginia. There is a Santa Claus and he loads subsonic 300WM with 220 grain pills.

So if you already have a 300WM and a 30 caliber suppressor, you functionally have 300blk.

Just  A quick update on what’s going on. We’ve been a little bit delayed with Podcasts because we have been dealing with the thousand yard range. We had be back to normal this week. 

 But while I’m here I think the Harvey Weinstein story is a good opportunity to bring up what I call cowboy rules.  I’m not going to go into a long soliloquy about the philosophy of cowboy rules. But the basic premise is you may not be able to control the universe but you can control how you react to it.  And what you put up with. 

 Cowboy rules is a great philosophy that can serve as a Norstar in shit holes like Hollywood.
